Returns and Refunds

We offer a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
